We provide website and app development services as outlined on our Services page. All projects are subject to a 50% initial payment and final payment before launch. Design changes after the beta stage incur additional costs.
You agree to provide accurate information via our contact and newsletter forms and to use our services in compliance with applicable laws.
Pricing is as follows: \$40/hour for WordPress, \$60/hour for Web Apps, and \$30/hour for Design. Work begins after 50% payment, with the balance due before launch.
All content, designs, and code created by Web Builders remain our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for your business.
Web Builders is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services if you violate these terms. Any payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved in Bucharest courts.
Post-launch support is available through our maintenance plans. Training on content updates is provided via tutorials, but ongoing support requires a separate agreement.
We may use third-party hosting services (e.g., wordpress.com, Vercel, Netlify) and tools (e.g., Cloudflare). Their terms and privacy policies may apply.
